Blue Swimmy Rainbow

Mr. Finn believes that our children are gypsies as evidenced by the name of their new friend and our first family pet.  (Above)
He is a sad little guy but seems to lighten up when the kids are around.  I wonder if fish have feelings.  I know that Nemo made us believe that they are just like us, but a part of me wants to know the truth even if knowing will bring with it certain feelings of guilt for not remembering to feed him, or clean his bowl enough.

And this little, errr... big fella was hanging out on our porch this morning.  Can you see how he turned his head to watch me?  It really creeped me out.   ALOT!

I am so not looking forward to my dreams tonight.

We stopped with the fish after too many funerals down the toilet..They are cute though and don't bite (not like our hamster).

So is the porch visitor a pet now, too? Our friends have a tarantula. My boys know better than to even ask...

The porch visitor did not become a family pet. I just couldn't stand the thought of it in the house. I don't do biting animals. Besides he had this creepy way of looking at me. I felt like he was always sizing me up to see if I could be his next meal.
